Alma Station

A high profile non-profit that focuses on the environment built its new LEED Platinum headquarters to be a replicable model for cost effective sustainability. Using parametric analysis, the Point Energy team worked with BAR Architects to optimize the building facade for thermal and visual comfort, daylight and views. The energy efficient building envelope and highly efficient MEP systems, including radiant heating and cooling, combined with rooftop solar, are targeted to achieve net zero energy.
